Our goal is to offer you the best shipping experience. We provide FREE SHIPPING to worldwide for all orders over $99 at resjoy.com. We will ship orders by expedited express including UPS, USPS, DHL and Fedex, door to door delivery, estimated 4-6 days.
EXPECTED DELIVERY TIMES
The total delivery time is calculated from the time your order is placed until the time it is delivered to you. Total delivery time is broken down into processing time and shipping time.
Depending on when you order your product you will receive it via Express Global Shipping within 4-6 days.
NOTE: Dispatch times may vary during exceptionally busy periods or if orders are subjected to DHL delays or force majeure. Delivery times should be used as a guide only and commence from the day of dispatch. RESJOY is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
RESJOY now ship to North America, Europe, Australia, Africa, and southeast asia etc.
We are currently unable to deliver to post office boxes, B.F.P.O or A.P.O addresses.
TRACK YOUR ORDER TO YOUR DOOR
When your order is dispatched RESJOY will send you an email with your tracking details so you can follow its journey. If for any reason you don’t receive this, please contact us directly and we’ll update you on your order’s progress.
Medical products usually will be charged a higher custom duty than common products, so in order to help customers save import custom duty, we will put little value in the invoice(less than $200) and write product name as free gifts or electronics like home air purifier / humidifier etc as per customers’ requests. So you don’t have to pay custom duty or just very little.
RESJOY insures each purchase during time in transit until it is delivered to you at which point responsibility for the shipment is passed over. If your parcel cannot be delivered, DHL will return it and delivery will be re attempted the following day excluding weekends. If the customer makes alternative arrangements with DHL, such as leaving the package at the front door, the parcel is no longer insured and RESJOY no longer holds any responsibility for the parcel if it is lost or stole.
