After product sent out,we will email you the tracking number so you can follow status.
If you want to cancel order, please contact us within 2 hours. We usually process your order as soon as payment received. If product was sent out, then your order can not be cancelled as the shipping company can not handle any returns if product is in their warehouse or on the way.
We don’t charge sales tax.
If your items are in the same warehouse, they will come in one package, but if in different warehouses, they may come with seprate packages.
