The preliminary discussion with the salesperson was good and she addressed all my questions. The product was shipped out within 2 days from the time the order was placed. The package was intact. No outside visual damage was observed on the paper box. A good simple to read documentation was part of the papers. I wish the plastic was more harder. There is no handle to carry the system. I wish there were more filters. Overall great for the price. I would definitely buy again.

I’m very happy with the 10 liter concentrator. It’s my first experience with oxygen therapy because of my COPD and I’ve been using it for 6 months now. It’s not very large and doesn’t take up a lot of room, which is what I was dreading.

When doc upped my LPM from 5 to 7 I had to jump up into the big leagues of concentrators. My former unit maxed at 5LPM. Been on this baby for 6 months with it churning 24 hours a day. So far so good. Its continuous flow has been so nice compared to my former portable’s feeble 3LPM pulse rate.
